Miracle: You’re starting a career in Real Estate

Wait a miracle all ready?  Yep…you decided to take your future, your income, and your life into your own hands by building your career in Real Estate.

Now whether you’ve been doing this for years or you’ve recently started putting the plan in action, that in and of itself is a miracle.  see the definition above!

I know when I started my adventure in 2004 I had big dreams about what my real estate career was going to be like.  I loved looking at houses, unlimited income potential, I wanted to start a family, so the flexibility of this type of career was going to be awesome!  And it has been…but not for those reasons.

I was fortunate enough to find an amazing mentor and confidante right out of the gate and that quickly changed my mindset about Real Estate…

Pretty houses?  Yep, we got those, but just so you know there is a lot of work that goes into making a house pretty.  And most of the time you’re looking for what “ugly” that “pretty” is covering up.  Foundation issues?  Water damage? A whole lot of deferred maintenance?

Flexible?  Sure if you mean I need to master the art of time management while making sure I meet the needs of my clients and their schedules.

Unlimited income potential?  Yep, real estate has that too…but guess what?  You’ve got to run and manage your career like a business to unlock the secret to that kind of income.

Now, I’m not saying these things to scare you, I think you’re going to kill it in real estate.  But what I want to stress most of all is finding someone you trust to help you along the way, teach you what you need to know and be a support system when you need it…cause you are, it’s crucial.

So that’s why I have this blog, to hopefully help you, mentor you and give you as much knowledge and confidence to either start or continue on your path to real estate greatness!
